This is a very affordable knife. I got this Takobiki from Hitohira/ Japan. This is a very traditional knife which is use for the Sushi restaurant in Japan for long time ago. The straight and even edge provides a fascinate feeling when you cut the ingredient. Some say this knife was created to work with an Octopus as it has word “Tako” in its name.
