– This is a Handmade High carbon knife that CUTBOY would like to present as an affordable knife. We custom the blade and we attach them with our handle. They are the knife that has been used in Japanese household for decades. They present the way they live their daily life. Gyuto and Santoku are the one they use in the kitchen. Funayuki and Kobocho are the one that also used on the fishing boat too.
As we mentioned that they are high carbon knife. Please watch out for the rust. Clean dry and oil would be the process that you need to do after use.
