Morihei Whetstone #500

This is a new line of the sharpening stone that created by Oguro San, the master of sharpening stone from Tokyo. This stone could cut very fast. The feeling just like you work on the natural stone.

You do not need to soak this stone in the water before use. But spraying water during the sharpening session is still needed.

This stone could be used for fixing the knife or make the knife to the right shape
