This knife has a very unique shape. It is made base on Nakiri profile but at the tip the maker finish it with Kiritsuke shape. This could be a very power horse in the kitchen. Great for prep work or during the service.

มีดเล่มนี้มีทรงที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวมากๆครับ ทรงมีดโดยรวมเหมือนกับทรงนากิริครับ แต่ตรงปลายมีดช่างตัดให้เป็นทรงคิริตซึเกะครับ ซึ่งก็ทำให้มีดนี้มีใบกว้างเหมือนนากิริแต่มีปลายแหลมเหมือนพวกซานโตคุและกิวโตะครับ ทำให้สามารถทำงานได้หลากหลายขึ้นครับ เพื่อนๆจะใช้ในงานเตรียมของก่อนร้านเปิดก็ได้ จะใช้ระหว่าง sevice ก็ได้ครับ
