Whetstone incorporates a dual sided design with two grit ratings for an all in one sharpening stone. Identifiable by the colour difference, with the coarser 1000 grit is on the Blue side and finer 3000 grit on the Yellow side.
How to use the Whetstone :
soak the whetstone in a tub of water 10-20 minutes before sharpening, . When no air bubbles come out of the wheel after it is submerged in water, it is ready to be sharpened.
