Wave pattern
This is a signature pattern from our friend, Hokiyama Cutlery. The blade is made from stainless steel (AUS10) with a mirroe polishing. The Damascus pattern on the blade presenting a “Wave” which is quite unique compared to the others in the market. Easy to cut, easy to tale care.
AUS10 เป็นเหล็กกล้าสแตนเลสคุณภาพสูงที่ผลิตในประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยอยู่ในกลุ่มเหล็กตระกูล AUS ซึ่งเป็นที่นิยมใช้ในการทำมีดครัวและมีดพกทั่วไป
คุณสมบัติของ AUS10:
• ประเภท: สแตนเลส (Stainless Steel)
• ส่วนผสมหลัก: คาร์บอน, โครเมียม, โมลิบดีนัม, วานาเดียม
• ความแข็ง: ประมาณ 58-60 HRC (ขึ้นอยู่กับกระบวนการชุบแข็งของผู้ผลิต)
• คุณสมบัติเด่น: ทนทานต่อการกัดกร่อนดี ลับคมง่าย และมีความเหนียวดี
AUS10 มีคุณสมบัติคล้ายคลึงกับ VG10 แต่มีความเหนียวและทนทานต่อการบิ่นหรือแตกดีกว่าเล็กน้อย แต่ VG10 อาจจะคงความคมได้นานกว่าเล็กน้อยในการใช้งาน โดยรวมแล้ว AUS10 เป็นเหล็กที่เหมาะสำหรับมีดที่ต้องการความสมดุลระหว่างความคม ความทนทาน และความเหนียว
