By placing an order or making any transactions on our website, You hereby consent that you have read, understood and agreed to all of our terms and services as follows. 

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer via our website and mobile website.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on www.cutboyknife.com at the time you place your order.

We encourage our customers to read through our Terms and Conditions everytime they choose to use our services.

1. Information Accuracy

Information on the website and or mobile website could be subject to changes. Although we try to keep all information on the website as relevant as possible, Some information might be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. All product specifications are subject to change at anytime without prior notice. The inclusion of any products or services at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2. Terms Of Sales

By placing orders on the website and or mobile website the customers represent that they are of legal age and that the information they provide is true and accurate. Prior to acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required and requested by us. We retain the right to process or decline your order at any given time without any prior notices. Before placing any orders, please make sure that the given contact details and address is correct. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If payments have been received for such an order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, our representative will contact you to settle the refund.

3. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full up front before any shipment is made. Prices of all of our listed products already include Value Added Tax. We offer Worldwide shipping services at the Flat rate of 1,500 Thai Baht to any given country. All purchases within the kingdom of Thailand will be free of any delivery charges.

All payments that are processed on or off our website and or mobile website is done via third party payment service providers. We do not store any customer credit card information on our server. For more information on each of the payment gateways we offer as a selection for our customers when checking out, please see below passage. 

Payment Methods and our service providers

Credit card or debit card via Omise Payment Gateway
Although we accept transactions from credit/ debit card on our website, your transaction will be processed via the Omise payment gateway. All transactions have to be successfully processed by Omise before we can begin shipment of your orders. This process may take 1-7 days. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any given time prior to any notices.

Credit card or debit card via PayPal Payment Gateway
Alternatively, Customer who wish to check out with PayPal using their credit/debit card are entitled to do so. All transactions have to be successfully processed by PayPal before we can begin shipment of your orders. This process may take 1-7 days. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any given time prior to any notices.

PayPal Wallet
When paying with PayPal wallet, we reserve the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, to check that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. This process may take 1-7 days. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any given time prior to any notices.

If you wish to pay for our products using another method not listed above, please contact us directly via phone or E-mail provided in section 8 – Contact Us.

Please note that we do not accept any cheque payments. For any cash payments, please visit our stores.

4. Delivery Terms

Cutboyknife Endeavours to dispatch all orders in the fastest possible time and manner in which the order has been placed respectively. We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. For international deliveries, please note that delivery time is solely based upon each shipment service providers, Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame. Delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your correct email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details including expected delivery date & shipment tracking number.

If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us directly under the provided address given in Section 8 – Contact us.

5. Withdrawal of an order

You may cancel your order only if it has not been processed by us yet.

If you wish to cancel your order, please provide us with notice in writing before your orders are processed. We will not provide a refund on orders that have already been processed and shipped out. Please make decisions carefully before making your purchases.

6. Returns & Refunds

Cutboy Co., Ltd. guarantees a full refund on some items, provided that returned items are in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means that the items should not have been damaged, altered, worn down or used in anyway. For items that we do not provide refund and returns we will inform you on the specific product page respectively. Please read the descriptions carefully before placing your order, For any products labelled not available for refund, We will under no circumstance offer a refund.

For items that are applicable for refunds, you can bring the physical item(s) you wish to return to any of our local stores in Bangkok provided that you bring your delivery note to the store. You are also entitled to send the products along with your delivery note and a refund request note to us within the given 14 days period provided that all delivery costs are 100% covered by yourself. We will attempt to refund by the same payment method you used to make your purchase if possible. Refunds could take up to 30 days to process depending on the payment gateway you have selected during checkout.

We hold all the rights to decline any refunds and return requests if products returned show any signs of unnatural alterations or damages. Information provided on product defects will be double checked and cross-checked with our quality control teams and manufacturers. If refund request suggest that information provided is faulty, we reserve the rights to decline the refund request by all means applicable by law.

7. Guarantee

Cutboy Co., Ltd. provides all of our customers with a premium knife sharpening service throughout the shelf life of our products. At any given time, customers may come and use our sharpening services at the local stores given that we are open for services on that particular date and time. Opening hours may vary depending on public holidays and or other factors. All knife products have a 1 year guarantee on the blade and handle.
